Healthy and delicious

The other day we made a healthy and delicious smoothie in our English lesson. We washed all fruits and vegetables first. Then we peeled of the skin, cut them into slices and put them into the smoothie maker. We used ginger, beetroot, carrots, an apple, a juice mango and one banana. Then we added rice milk and some water.

The colour was very pretty due to the beetroot, the taste was delicious because of the mango and the banana made the smoothie extra creamy.

Ginger warms the body nicely. It is tasty, very healthy and quick to make.

With all the extra vitamins and minerals it is an ideal breakfast to start your day with or you enjoy it as a snack in between.
